| PERSONAL CHECK / MONEY ORDER |
You can send a check or money order to our address. Personal check orders are held for 4 weeks to allow to clear your bank before we will ship your order. Orders paid by Money Order are usually sent within 48 hours of receipt. Spotless Water

| BANK WIRE TRANSFER |
You may pay with a Bank Wire Transfer. Once you have selected your items we will send you the total amount due along with our banking information for sending the Bank Wire Transfer. Funds are usually acknowledged within 48 hours of the initial transfer. We typically ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. |
| INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |
| We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks other than the United States or Canada. International orders can be paid by international money order or a bank wire transfer of funds. There is a $20.00 fee for bank wire transfers. Our banking information is available upon request. |

| Regular Shipping - |
| We normally ship all orders via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground delivery unless specified by you otherwise. We are located in San Diego, California! This means if you live on the East Coast, your order will take 5-7 business days to arrive to your location. If you live in the Midwest, your order will take 3-5 business days. If you live in the Northwest, your order will take 2-4 business days. If your live in California or Arizona or Nevada, your order will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Post Office Box are shipped via U.S. Mail. Delivery times are basically the same as with UPS. |
| One Day Service - |
| One Day/Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge. This charge is based on the size and weight of the package. If you order before 1:00pm PST you can receive next day shipping. Orders after 1:00pm PST will be shipped the next day and arrive the day after that. |
| Two Day/Three Day Service - |
| Two and three day delivery options are available and significantly less expensive than overnight. We normally ship these orders via UPS. If you order before 1:00pm PST you can receive your order within 2 or 3 days after that. |
| Overseas - |
| We can deliver all of our products to any location on Earth. Shipping options include: U.S. Mail, FedEx, DHL, and Nippon Express. These options can take upward of 7-14 days depending on your location and customs. |

| All other products are backed by our 30 day, no-hassle guarantee. Should any product fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of receipt. We will replace the item, refund your purchase price or credit your credit card. |

| If you are ordering
with a credit card, your shipping address must be the same as the billing
address of your credit card statements. This is for your protection. If
you are mailing to your office or work address you must notify the credit
card company to allow shipments to be sent to this address. This is an
easy process... simply call the credit card company and request multiple
shipping addresses. |
