Fantastic product - but be careful with the cart

| First, totally and completely pleased with the product. Best $450 I ever spent. We have 5 cars, which means I spend a lot of time washing them. Just wash and rinse, and I'm done. Saves hours of labor and washloads of towels. Buy this product! BUT, note that if the cart tips over (mine did yesterday), and it falls hard (like mine did), you can crack the black plastic mounting plate to which the cartridges attach, thus rendering the unit out of order (like mine). I've contacted CR regarding a replacement mounting plate and will comment later on service/price. Man, was I bummed. The tip over was my fault, and the unit is pretty well built, but the cartridges are heavy when loaded with resin and water, and when it tipped over and crashed to the pavement, the small plastic connector pipe in the middle of the mounting plate broke in half, leaking water everywhere.... Otherwise, a fantastic product. | |

| Its hard to imagine the value of this De-Ionized water system without ever having used one, but I can tell you once you use it, you cannot go back to regular car washing. Where I live the water is hard and I always have to Microfiber towel the cars off. I have several nice cars. This product has made weekend washing a pleasure - the results are fantastic and the time is cut in half. | |

Great Unit

| I was introduced to this systme by an ad in the Porsche PANORAMA magazine. Since i was spending a lot of time keeping my Porsche and my wife's BMW clean, I was looking for a time saver. Trying to find a time and place to wash out of the sun and to avoid letting the rinse water dry before I could chamois the car was an added challenge. Now I can completely skip the chamois step. and have even tested letting the finish dry in the sun. NO SPOTS!!! What's more, the only time I put a cloth on the finish is to wash with soap, or to wax. On many occasions, where I would have had to wash, I can pressure wash with no soap and be done. Some complaints have been posted about capacity. The capacity is a function of the hardness of the municipal supply you are using. If you take a moment to consider the lenght of time you are applying water and the flow rate, I have found the performance.capacity to be accurately represented. The PPM indicator seems to march slowly upwards to around 30PPM then it goes up very fast. Changing resin is a bit messy. Replacement resin bags contain more resin than needed to fill creating additional material to dispose. At our Cars and Coffee gatherings locally, many of my acquaintances have bought units and are reporting similar results. | |

Great product

| I have been really impressed with this unit. I have three cars; metal flake white, red and black. All have pristine finishes, due in large part to weekly washing. I have used the system for over one month. So at least 12 full car rinsings, and also used it to wash the house windows. Last weekend I detected the first perceptible spots, so I guess its time to chage the resins. I highly recommed this product. | |

Good results, Short lived

| Bought it for use on my 40 ft motor home and multiple vehicles. Works great but makes substantially less water than advertised. I used it sparingly to wash my motorhome once, 3 cars and 5 windows on my house before the gage went off the charts and started smelling like fish. I live in Southern Calif. where the water is pretty hard but expected a little more water than I got. | |

Amazing!

| Simply amazing! I was a little sceptical when I purchased this system because our water is so heavily mineralized, and really didn't have high expectations. But I decided to give it the full treatment last weekend and left my dark grey Camaro out in the sun all morning before I started washing the car in the late afternoon. I Washed and rinsed as normal, then I did a quick 5 minute rinse with the DIC-20(The car had a good coat of wax, so the water beaded up nicely), and then I just walked away- That's right, I just left all that water just sitting there on the car to bake in the sun. I returned 2 hours later to find a perfectly spotless finish. Even the glass, which was heavily beaded with water when I left, was perfect. I'm sold! | |

Works as advertised

| I have 2 black cars and live in Texas, so water spots are the bane of my car-care existence. The DI system works very well - 95% or more spot free. You do have to get the hang of it a little bit - "sweep" dirty water away with the DI water, but it works. You can "wash, rinse and walk away." I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is into car care. | |

DIC-20
- Santa Barbara, California (my profile)

|
| Worked without fault. I placed an adjustable pressure regulator just before the filters on the supply water line. As recommended I used the supplied nozzle on the flat spray. I washed the car with regular water and soap and used the DIC-20 as the final finish wash. The car dried in the hot sun without any spots on the paint or black-out windows. The nozzle had plenty of spray force. | |

| My extended family owns five cars, a few of them dark colors. CR Spotless works wonder in Southern California hot weather (even in winter). When the car dries, it even look like it is freshly waxed. No more arthritic hand pain wringing the drying cloth! | |

Does what it claims

| Like several other buyers I was initially concerned would this work as claimed. Several cars later I can say it does exactly as it claims. I also ordered 4 extra cartridges that were damaged in transit. I sent an email that night after 6:00pm and received a reply in 30 minutes that a replacement set would be sent the next day. Great product and great customer service! I would recommend CRSpotless with no reservations. | |

IT WORKS AND IT MAKES ME MONEY

| I recently purchased the DI300 system for my pressure cleaning and window cleaning business. In the one short month I have owned the system my window cleaning business has increased by over %50. This unit saves me time, I no longer have to climb ladders to clean 2nd story windows and I personally feel it leaves a window cleaner than using a squegee. I can now tell customers that after pressure cleaning their home their windows will be spotless. No one else in town provides this service. IT WORKS. JUST BUY IT AND QUIT DOUBTIN IT .Thanks CR spotless | |

| I recieved my CR Spotless unit with alot of skepticism. The price seemed a little high for the unit up front. Plus, I was unsure if it would really work. After rinsing off my wifes 2005 530I BMW and my 2003 GMC in the blazing California sun at the same time, I was sold!I'd pay twice the price for this unit. It was like I had dried it, but better. Not one single water spot.I don't know a better way to say "unbelievable"!If the price seems too high for this unit, I'd say you have too much time on your hands. If you are person who needs to wash and go and takes alot of pride in your ride, then this is for you! | |

| I bought my first CR Spotless system more than 6 months ago and just recently upgraded to the new DI300. This product has met and exceeded my every expectation. Sure it was hard to believe that you could "air dry" a black car, but I tried it and it's true. Now I use it on the boat, the Harley, the muscle car, the RV, and the Benz. I'm a believer in the miracle of DI water! | |

I couldn't ask for a better system!

| After searching every avenue possible, I discovered this website and found probably the easiest way to produce a spot free rinse imaginable. I own and operate a full time detailing business in which time is money. I could have purchased a reverse osmosis system but I didn't want the hassle of all the equipment and the initial expense factor. It also seemed like a terrible waste of water considering the unit needed 4-6 gallons of water to make 1 spot free gallon. I also contacted a local water supplier who could have provided me the DI water in a tank, but I would be charged a weekly fee no matter how much DI water I used. With the CR Spotfree Rinse System I can use the system when I want, where I want. I purchased the high output system and have it connected to my Karcher 2500 psi pressure washer. I use a splitter mounted on the pressure washer so I can use regular water when needed, and with a flip of a switch I have DI water. I have a water softening system installed at my property and from what I've read, this will increase my output amount of spot free water. The customer service I've recieved has been outstanding. I had placed an order online which had accidently been shuffled to another branch of their company, and was contacted when an employee noticed that I had posted information about this system on some auto care forums, and didn't see the order on his computer. The owner personally made sure that the order was correct and expedited the shipping at no extra cost to me. The day after I recieved the order, the owner again contacted me to make sure everything was OK and if I had any questions about setting up, etc. Now that's what I call service. I just want to say thank you to the folks at CR Spotless Systems for making my life alot easier and delivering a product that does what it says it does. Sincerely, Mark Waldron Mark's Detailing | |

| We are a professional window cleaning company and have been using the CR Spotless system for over ten months now. We do many second story homes. The CR spotless system has been the best labor and time saving tool we have ever purchased. No more ladders, squeegees and towels. We also show up to the customers residence with spotlessly clean vehicles, another great advertisement for our service. The D1300 De-Inizer is the first spotless system that is small, compact light weight and affordable for comercial window cleaning. Before the D1300 was introduce the only systems avalilable were tanks that weighed hundreds of pounds and required transporting to the factory for recharging. New Vision Co. Ron Lewis Owner | |

Finally, a spotless rinse system that really works!!

| I am an avid BMW enthusiast and currently own (3) Black BMWs. We all know how difficult it is to wash and dry a black car...they show every speck of dust and are usually impossible to dry without some spotting or leaving towel residue. It can be very frustrating, believe me, I know!! Over the past several years, I have tried many of the so-called "spotless" rinse systems, only to be disappointed with the performance. Last month, I purchased the CR Spotless DI300 system and have been extremely pleased with the results. Finally - a portable DI system that really works! I use the system along with my high pressure sprayer to both wash and rinse my Black BMWs. There is no residue and the cars dry without a single spot. I must say, they've never looked so clean. The bottom line is - far better results with far less effort and time. I highly recommend the DI330 system for those of you who demand a flawless finish. | |
