| I got quotes of $400 to wash the windows at my home. (Many french windows) I had watched professional window washers soap, scrub, rinse and walk away without drying the windows. So I thought I would investigate what was the trick. It is the de-ionized rinse water! So I googled "de-ionized" and found CRS. This website was the best, very helpful and easy to use. After reading the testimonials and several emails (that were promptly answered) I decided to purchase this unit. I figured "What can I lose? I can return it if it doesn't work". Yea...just try to take it from me now. It worked wonderful. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it, and it was completely assembled except for the fittings and they were very easy to install because the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. I attached the hose and started my task. I filled a bucket with de-ionized water and a little bio-degradeable soap. I rinsed a window, soaped up and rinsed again. It looked good so I did all of the windows on the 1st floor. No wiping, just let them dry. It took about 1 hour mostly because I was fighting with the hose. It will be faster next time. It really did work as well as CRS advertised. Really, it is great. Also, after washing 14 french windows and doors, my indicator registered "1". Since I don't have to change my resin until it registers 25 I am hoping to get many more rinses before I have to change the resin. That will really be a money saver. Now I am working on how to wash the 2nd story windows without climbing up a ladder...but that's another story. Thanks CRS for a great product! | |

ALL OF THE REVIEWS SAY THE DI PRODUCTS WORK AND THEIR CARS, RV AND BOATS DRY SPOTFREE, SAVING THEM MUCH TIME AND AGRAVATION TRYING TO KEEP THEIR VEHICLES LOOKING CLEAN AND SHARP. WELL I AM NOT EASY TO CONVINCE AND A BIT SKEPTICAL, BUT SPENDING 3 HOURS EVERY SATURDAY WASHING AND DRYING MY TAHOE IT WAS WORTH A TRY. | Before the CR Spotless system, my car windows were absolutely horrible. They had so many water spots that whenever light would hit the windshield, it would make it difficult to see. I had to constantly use aggressive glass polish to clean the windows and even that didn't work 100%. When I ordered my new car I told myself I would not go through that again, so I ordered the CR Spotless DI100. Yes, I was skeptical, but it worked much better than I had thought it would. Not one water spot was left on the windshield or the rest of the car. This system works as advertised and I recommend any serious detailer purchase one right away! | |

| I've used the CR Spotless system on my car for several months. It's spring and I looked at my windows on my house and they were dirty and dusty from the winter. In the past, it took several hours to wash the windows and then squeege them clean....you really can't towel dry windows. I decided to try the unit....here's what I did, I got a bucket of water, used some of the Blue Coral car soap concentrate and then took a soft, nylon brush broom....the kine you use inside in the kitchen. Then, I dipped the broom in the soapy water, applied it directly to the windows and brushed away all the cobwebs, dirt, bird crap and stuff. Finally, I rinsed with the DI100 and just walked away. 15 minutes and one Becks later, I was amazed at the results. Not one spot....not one streak. Much better than using a squeege, much cleaner and a lot easier. It took me 10 minutes from the time I pulled the bucket out of the garage. I proceeded to finish the rest of the windows....5 in all....all of them 4' x 3' in the next 20 minutes! It was even dark on the last window but I just lathered it up and hosed it down with the DI water. Next morning I was impressed again!! If you want to save time and do a great job with little effort.....try the CR SPOTLESS system on your house windows. It really works! | |

| I have tried other units and so far, this is the only filter that has not failed. So far, it is totally spotless. I have 4 cars that need to be washed weekly and this unit makes it much easier as I am no longer worried about spots on the car. I live in the south and it gets HOT, but with this filter, no more worries of spotting:) It is a PERFECT companion to the Waffle Weave Drying Towel when you are detailing for a living, polishing your cars or need your car dry faster for a number of reasons. It literally takes a minute and you are finished and no more worries of streaks or spots. Allow the Waffle Weave Towel to get the majority of the water and the CRSpotless will do the rest. If you are not in a hurry, just let the CRSpotless do what it does best, wash and walk away:) | |

| I have been a auto enthusiast since my first trip to the Grand Prix of Long Beach in 1975, and taking good care of my cars since then ( even though in 1975 I was not old enough to hold drivers license ) has been regular part of my life. I am sure many of you have heard from wife’s, girlfriends or others, that “ you take better care of that car than you take care of ……………..” (You know what to add). Of course this is all true, synthetic oils,synthetic grease, oil filters that have been reviewed and tested to NASA Standards, ect. Ect.,never helps to shake your m.o. with the wife. Along comes CR SPOTLESS and their De Ionized portable water system, and suddenly you add to the quality and convience of maintaining your vehicle along side the names of Mobil One , Klasse, and now of course CR SPOTLESS. I live in the Santa Clarita Valley, just north of Los Angeles, and we have the worst water in the Los Angeles area. | I lived for years with the frustration resulting from water that would run from the mirrors of my GMC Yukon after the first drive post-wash and soil the doors (this was after I spent the morning washing and drying it off). Then I got a new car and noticed all the water spots on the places I avoided drying...very annoying. Now I can come home, wash the car in about 10 min, rinse it w/ my DI100, put the car in the garage (dripping wet) and wake up to a clean, beautiful ride! I was skeptical, but now I can't imagine doing without it (I also do my household windows once a month with it). Thanks for making my life easier. | |

| I recently purchased the DI100 system and have been very happy with the results. The system works exactly as advertised and is definitely a big time saver. I own a black truck and one of the reasons I don't wash my car more often is all the time it takes to dry it off. The DI100 made washing a breeze and I was able to walk away in about half the time it normally takes. This morning, my black truck was shiny and spotless - awesome! No more messing with microfiber towels or rushing to dry your car off before the water evaporates on a sunny day... I highly recommend this product. | |
