Damaged / Missing Items Policy

Upon the arrival of your order, please inspect all products for damage immediately. You must inform us of any damage, defective or missing products within 10 days of delivery. Please email us at sales@crspotless.com or call 858-530-9993 to inform us of any damaged or missing items. If a product is damaged or missing, all boxes and packaging material must be saved for our approval for shipping replacement products.
