One-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every Spotless Water System is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If an issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it or replace the product at no charge.

This warranty does not cover consumed materials (like resin or filters), damage caused by misuse or accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Try your spotless water system for up to 30 days. If it doesn’t deliver the spot-free results we promise, we’ll make it right or refund your money.

Please note:

• Used products returned are not guaranteed to receive a full refund.

• If the resin has been used, Spotless Water Systems reserves the right to deduct the cost of the consumed resin from your refund. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
